This tutorial will instruct how to find the "Fragger" head for the Mechromancer in Borderlands 2.
Step 1 - Follow this video until around 2:25 when you kill Geary.
Step 2 - Geary always drops a head, one of the heads is the Mechromancer head "Fragger"
Step 3 - If it does not drop, save and quit, and rekill him
Step 4 - Keep killing him until he drops it
