Halo: Reach - Credit (CR) Glitch


  • Check your Daily Challenges for a Firefight Challenge. Usually they will be something like 'Kill 100 Grunts'.

  • Now go into Firefight and get all the kills you need for that challenge until you are one kill away from finishing it.

  • End the game and start up another Firefight game. Right before you get the last kill unplug your ethernet cord. Make sure to get the kill ASAP after unplugging the cord. If not you will not get the CR for it and will have to try again.

  • After you have gotten the CR for the Daily Challenge, leave the game. Now at the main menu and plug your ethernet cord back up then connect back to XBL.

  • Now if done properly when you connect back to XBL it should still say you are one kill away from completing the Daily Challenge but you will still have the CR you earned from finishing the challenge earlier right after you unplugged your ethernet cord.
