or you can use the modding tool 360 Revolution. The Minecraft XBLA Editor is really Updated and a lot better. You must be registered to use it.

--------------------------------------

Step 1: Make sure you have stuff in your Inventory. Also store your important/good stuff that you don't want to change. Put sand/grass/nether/etc in your inventory.

Step 2: Put your save onto your USB.
--If you already know how to do this go to Step 3--

Go to the Dashboard (Xbox Home) by hitting the Guide Button (Big X on controller)
Go to Settings > Storage > Hard Drive > Games and Apps > Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition > "Your Saves Name" > Copy > Memory Unit

Step 3: Put your USB into your computer.
Use Horizon, Modio, XTAF, ETC to find your save. I recommend Horizon.
Drag your Save on your desktop or some place you can find it.

Step 4:
Open the Program "Minecraft XBLA Editor"
Choose Items you Want then click Save.

Step 5: Drag the file in Horizon.
MAKE SURE YOU REHASH AND RESIGN
If you don't do this your save will NOT load.
Save your save game to your USB

Step 6: Now while you are on the dashboard (Xbox Home), Go to Settings > System > Storage > Memory Unit > Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition > "Your Save Name" > Move > Hard Drive.

Optional
You can play your save from your USB if you don't feel like putting it back on your hard drive.

Step 7: Launch Minecraft. Open your save and Enjoy your modded items.
