1) Download Horizon and HxD if you havn't already
2) Put your profile on a USB
3) Plug in your USB into your computer
4) Open up Horizon
5) Extract your profile to desktop
6) Open up HxD
7) Open your profile in HxD
8)Press CTRL + F
9) Search for "Welcome to MW3!"
10) HIGHLIGHT "Welcome to MW3!" and THEN type whatever you want (CAN'T BE LONGER THEN "Welcome to MW3" or will not work!)
11) You CAN use color codes
12) After you have changed to your liking, save in HxD
13) Go back to Horizon and select "Tools" and then "Package Manager"
14) Open the profile on your desktop with package manager
15) Rehash and Resign
16) Go to the device explorer and press "Inject New File"
17) Select the profile on your desktop
18)Finished!

No5 You Can't Get Banned But When I Do It It Shows For a Secound Then Changes Back To Welcome To MW3!
Yes it does for tht part but if you want it to stick put in your profile and type in "Purchase","MW3",MapPacks,Welcome,(ANYTHING RELEATED TO THE MOTD or MW3 itself).
Then join someone's game. It should stick.
