Open your computer's "Start" menu.

Type "cmd.exe" into the search bar. Click "cmd.exe" when it pops up.

Type the following into the command box: Pvk2Pfx -pvk PVKFILE.pvk -pi PVKPASSWORD -spc SPCFILE.spc -pfx PFXFILE.pfx -po PFXPASSWORD -f

Replace both "PVKFILE" and "SPCFILE" with the name of the respective files.

Replace "PVKPASSWORD" with the name of the password in the PVK.

Replace "PFXFILE" with the desired file name of the PFX.

Replace "PFXPASSWORD" with the desired password for the PFX.

Hit "Enter" to create the PFX.
