Defeat the Mother.
The Mother is the boss fight at the end of level 6 - "The Primagen's Lightship". You will unlock this achievement after you defeat her.
Some tips to help you during the battle:
Stick to the outside of the arena
Make sure you are covered under the large pipes when she pulls rocks down from above.
Health and ammo will respawn under the pipes and in the middle but it is scarce and risky to reach at times.
Achievement is worth 100 Gamerscore.
