Devil May Cry 5 (DMC5) has 12 Secret Missions. Finding all their Locations and solving these little challenges unlocks the Secrets Exposed trophy / achievement.

None of them are missable. You can get them via chapter select at any time. All you do is to stand in a red glowing dot and face a graffiti on a wall. Then the graffiti lights up red and you get to enter the secret level. Each one contains a different unique challenge that tests your skills.
