Download OpenSSH from the Cydia store on your jailbroken iPod touch. The Cydia store application installed on your iPod during the jailbreak process. The search icon at the bottom left of the Cydia application lets you locate the OpenSSH application.

Download i-FunBox to your personal computer. Click on the ZIP folder that downloads to your computer. Inside the folder, click the "iFunBox" application file to open i-FunBox on your computer.

Plug your iPod touch into the USB port on your computer. I-FunBox immediately detects your device and shows the iPod touch's file system in the left column.

Click the folder in the left column where you want to add files. Click the file on your personal computer. Drag it to the main window of the i-FunBox interface. Release the mouse button to drop the file into the folder.

Right-click a file and select "Delete" from the list of options. This deletes files you no longer want on your iPhone.
