This achievement can be done at any time during your playthrough; all that's required is a fast car. As shown in the video below, the De'Leo Stiletto is great for this. It can be found in the Frisco Fields region of the city, but any high-end sports car works, too.

Following the video below, make your way to the construction site in the north-western corner of Frisco Fields. There is a large ramp here made of dirt. If you distance yourself far away from the ramp, then accelerate towards the dirt mound, you will have hit enough speed to net a fifty-plus meter jump with ease. The achievement will unlock once you land the jump on all four wheels.
