The Draloux figurine is found on World 3-4. After going down the first two conveyor belt. You will have to distract the security guard with the eraser launcher. Walk past the security guard, keep following the hallway and you'll come to a coffee machine. Get the coffee and disable the electrical box near the conveyor belt. The lights will go out. Now go back to where the coffee machine and go around the office. The figurine will be on a ledge in front of the window. You can get the figurine without disabling the lights, but the co-worker will spot you.
