The Luca figurine is found on World 3-3. After making your way through a few doors you will get to an area where you will have to use the eraser launcher to distract a security guard to get past. Shortly after you will pass a door that reads Staff, go into the air vent to the right and ride the conveyor belt to get the big book. Then go back to the Staff door. Shoot the first security guard with the eraser launcher and then hit him with the big book, then walk around and hit the other security guard with the big book. The figurine will be on the table in front of the second security guard you knocked out.
