You can do this with any character. Works really well if you use a bigger character like Solomon Grundy. Once you see a group of enemies just grab one enemy with [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] then quickly ram them into 5 other enemies. If you do it too slow then the enemy might get out of the grab.
The best place to perform this is Level 2 - It's Good to be Bad try to group up the cops as best you can.
