This is one of the trickiest shortcuts. From the start of Sewer Speedway, at the first two tunnels, take the right-side tunnel. After this there are 3 tunnels (you will only see two, because the right one is hidden on a lower level). Jump down to the tunnel on the right side. Then you come to a waterway with blue water. On the right-side wall there will be a white writing "2+2-5" and behind this is an opening at the top of the wall. You need to jump through this opening. Use the right side of the water street as a "ramp". The timing is really tricky here, you need to jump off at the last moment. Take a look at the video (can also watch it at lower speed to see the timing). It's easiest with an acceleration class character such as Coco. It's not necessary to boost for this, just having proper timing with the jump will suffice.
