The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan ONLY WOMEN SURVIVED ENDING for GIRLS' NIGHT OUT Trophy / Achievement (All Boys Died).

You must finish the game with only the 2 females Fliss and Julia surviving. This means 3 males Alex, Brad, Conrad must die. Luckily, you can get this through chapter select (unlocked after story) without having to replay the entire game. When using chapter select, make sure you create a new save and don't overwrite the finished game save. You must play all chapters after the one where you start.

Beware: That on this run Julia must decompress at the end of her underwater wreck dive (Chapter "Uninvited Guests"). If she fails to do so and then goes on to drink alcohol during "Ghost Story" she will die from the Bends during the final cutscene and cannot be saved. Also, during the radio call in Chapter "Distress Signal" do NOT give the military any information (just pick "SAY NOTHING"). This call is a trap and if you tell them the name of the ship they will come during the final cutscene to kill all survivors!

- Chapter: Uninvited Guests - Julia waits underwater to decompress after her dive

- Chapter: Glamor Girl - Conrad fell off the ladder during chase with Nurse (mess up all QTEs)

- Chapter: Distress Signal - During the radio call pick SAY NOTHING and don't give the military any info (if you tell them the name of the ship they will kill all survivors)

- Chapter: Junior - Brad goes down the hole after the group finds the radio transmitter. When they encounter Junior (crazy guy pointing gun at them), Brad repeatedly picks dialogue "SAY NOTHING" which results in Junior shooting him in the head

- Chapter: Matters of the Heart - Alex stabbed himself in room with Mice (when mouse eats through his chest)
