Before you can begin working on the new PICUS Darknet File, you must first complete all three previous Darknet Files from the base game and the Santeau Darknet File from the first Breach Update. The Darknet servers in this new file are as follows:

DF4_BYLINE
As with the previous Breach update, these new servers are a little more complicated in their design - hidden doors within walls, and invisible floors that can only be seen with specific augmentations are just two complex design examples. Moreover, the enemy AI is quite strong. If you need to stock up on ammo/Booster Packs, or XP for new augmentations, then be sure to grind out credits by farming daily challenges. In my experience, it's best to equip Expansion Items that help boost your Energy, utilize the Titan aug when taking fire from enemy AI, and rely on the Glass Shield aug to sneak around enemies as to avoid combat altogether.

Once you complete the final server in the case and the Picus newscasts concludes, the achievement will unlock.
