Assuming you have cleared the Tier 3 Network and have unlocked the "Data Master" achievement from the base game, you should have access to the Tier 4 Network when entering Breach Mode.

In this Network there a total of nine server maps and they will all count towards this achievement. Naturally, the AI difficulty and overall map design on these servers are a little more difficult/complex than the previous Networks. You'll need to rely on a balanced mix of powerful equipment and augmentations to clear each server successfully.

The achievement will unlock after completing any five servers on Network 4A.
