This achievement is missable and can be earned during Mission 11, Confronting the Bomb-Maker.

After completing Mission 10, you will be forced to decide whether you want to save Allison (Mission 11) or go through with the bank heist job (Mission 12). To get this achievement, you need to choose to help Allison.

Follow the objective waypoint and you will soon find yourself outside of the Church of the MachineGod (this area is locked prior to this mission). Enter the Church and make your way to the back courtyard. There are several basketballs laying around, and a hoop/basket attached to the nearby wall on your right-hand side. Simply pick up a basketball and shoot it into the hoop to unlock this achievement.

NOTE: If you chose to complete Mission 12, The Heist, during your playthrough, you can still get this achievement by visiting the Church afterwards. It'll still be open, just make sure to grab this achievement before leaving to Mission 13.
