This achievement can be earned at any time during your playthrough after Mission 3. There are a number of non-hostile drones around Jensen's apartment complex where this can be done with ease.

You will need to unlock and full upgrade the "Remote Hacking" augmentation.

Once you've spotted a drone, simply aim your reticle at the flying machine and tap [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to hack it. A firewall will appear on the screen, with a slider that moves left and right. There are usually two or three "marks" that you will need to tap [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] on when the slider lines up perfectly. If you mess up, you need to back out of the hacking screen and try again. Once you flawlessly hack the drone, it will power down for a short time and the achievement will unlock.
