This achievement is missable and should be done during Mission 17, Protecting the Future.

You will need to unlock the "Cloak Takedown Support" upgrade from the "Glass-Shield Cloak" augmentation. This ability allows you to remain cloaked while performing takedowns.

On your way to the objective during this mission, you will enter a lobby where two enemies are patrolling the area and a turret sits towards the back. These enemies will cloak themselves every few seconds on their patrol, so you will need to sneak up close to one, wait until they are cloaked, then active your own cloak before performing the melee takedown. The button prompt does not always show, so be mindful to tap [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] quickly before they uncloak.

Keep in mind that melee takedowns use a decent amount of energy, so keep an eye on your energy bar before attempting this achievement and don't hesitate to pop a Biocell or two before taking out the augmented enemy.
