This achievement can be earned at any time during your playthrough after Mission 3. Please keep in mind combat-related achievements only work on enemies in a hostile environment; civilians and policemen do not count.

You will need to unlock and fully upgrade the "P.E.P.S." augmentation.

In the underground casino, simply attack one of the mobsters to engage in combat. Now fire a precision shot (hold the aug button) at an enemy, and then use the knockback function on a different enemy (tap the aug button). Remember, this will only count when in hostile combat, so make sure you lethally engage the mobsters so that they turn against you.
