This achievement is missable and is earned in Mission 11, Confronting the Bomb-Maker.

After completing Mission 10 and returning to the streets of Prague, you will receive a panic call from Mr. Stanek, asking you to meet him in the southern district. As you approach the subway station, Vega will call you and follow up on the bank heist job. You'll then have to choose between helping Allison (Mission 11) or the bank heist (Mission 12). For this achievement, you must go help Allison.

When engaged in dialogue with Allison, choose the following dialogue options: Critique > Focus > Critique > Counsel. This will end the conversation peacefully and unlock the achievement.

NOTE: Make a manual save after completing Mission 10 and receiving Mr. Stanek's call, but before entering the subway station. After completing this achievement, you can reload your save and follow through with Mission 12, The Heist. At the end of this mission, you will collect an antidote sample that is needed for the "He's [Not] Dead Yet, Jim" achievement towards the end of the game.
