This achievement is missable and is earned in Side Mission 04, The Calibrator.

After completing Mission 3, Koller will explain that he can fix your overclocking issue if you manage to collect the Neuroplasticity Calibrator from Otar Botkoveli. Accept his request and it will trigger Side Mission 04. Follow the waypoints for this side mission until you reach Otar's underground casino in the north-western district of Prague.

When engaged in dialogue with the mob leader, choose the following dialogue options: Straight Talk > Compliment > Straight Talk. This will end the conversation peacefully and unlock the achievement.

NOTE: If you want to get the "Time Traveler" achievement on this playthrough, you must collect the Neuroplasticity Calibrator before ever meeting Koller. In order to get both of these achievements in a single playthrough, make a manual save at the start of Mission 3, work towards "Time Traveler," then reload your save and proceed with Mission 3 normally.
