This achievement is missable and is earned in Mission 1, Black Market Buy.

Towards the end of this mission, you will receive two objectives: "Stop the Chopper from Escaping" and "Protect Singh." As soon as you gain control of Jensen, take the elevator down to the ground floor, activate your Glass-Shield Cloak when the elevator doors open, and make a run for the chopper. You can use a Biocell if necessary mid-sprint to replenish your energy.

Once you reach the chopper, interact with battery port towards the front of the aircraft to complete the first objective. If you were quick enough, Singh will still be alive and the achievement will unlock.
