Face the Trickster himself, Wicked Killington.
After unlocking all 12 Trickster Doors (see "Gatekeeper"), you'll now be able to open the large door just to the left of Vulgrum in The Void. Inside, you will find Wicked Killington. Similar to the Moloch no-damage achievement, just use Strife after completing Apocalyptic difficulty and use his shadow clones for extra damage. Shouldn't be a tough fight at all.
