Defeat Iudex Gundyr.

Found in Cemetary of Ash.

The first boss is surprisingly tough, as soon as you pull the sword out wait for him to move and then hit him a couple of times to take a chunk of his health off then be ready to dodge backwards. Most of his moves hit hard so try and roll through them and strike him on the counter.

At half health he gets mutated and can do some serious damage, especially with his grab, but he is much less mobile so you can heal by dodging backwards a few times to get distance. Try and bait his attacks and roll to the side of him before you counter.
