Knock everyone out with the first swing in a single level in region 2. Explosions don't count.
The 11th level of region 2 is perfect for this achievement. All you have to do is load up the level and press [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . You should already be aiming directly to the right at the wedge. The ball should deflect each way and knock out all three enemies. Here is a video for reference:
