You can romance & court a woman called Lady Stephanie in Kingdom Come Deliverance (KCD). She is the wife of the ruler of Talmberg.

The earliest chance for this is after reaching Main Quest "Awakening" in Rattay.

Note: You cannot do this during your first story-related visit to Talmberg! When you meet Stephanie for the first time (story-related) it doesn't matter what you say to her. After reaching Rattay you can return to her at any point later in the game.

Be aware this voids the trophy Virgin. If you don't want to miss out on this trophy reload an older save game afterwards.
