When the game begins, you will be standing at a terminal. After it boots up, it will ask you to press [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to continue.

When you are able to select from the memory index, select 'WOODLAND RIDGE 07 APR 13:42' (it is the only index available at this time).

Walk into the simulator and follow the trail until you see a giant rock. Look at the blue butterfly sitting on it and keep looking at it until the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] prompt appears. Press [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and the simulation will end.
Walk back to the terminal and select 'ASEMBLANCE OFFICE 18 APR 23:59' from the index.

Walk into the simulator, walk past the desks and turn left. Look at the computer screen until the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] prompt appears. Press [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to end the simulation.
Walk back to the terminal once again and reselect 'WOODLAND RIDGE 07 APR 13:42'.

Walk down the same path and look at the same blue butterfly. Instead of the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] prompt appearing, you are "teleported" into a new area looking at the same butterfly hanging on a wall in a picture frame in a living room. Turn left and you will see a woman standing there. Walk up to her and the screen will go haywire and you will be standing back at the terminal where the achievement unlocks.
