Reach a save statue while being at full health.

This will likely come naturally during one of your playthroughs. If you notice a save statue nearby and are close to full health, retrieve a few hearts from broken torches until your health is full before walking into the statue.

A good place to try this is on the 'Ice Castle.' Get to where the red dot is on the map.
