Kill 6 enemies in a row using a thermal weapon.
The easiest mission to get this on is Wolverines.
Eventually you'll have the objective where you need to get to the roof of Nate's restaurant. Once up here you'll find a M14 ERB with a Thermal sight. Use that and take down 6 enemies in a row.
Achievement is worth 10 gamerscore.
