Requirements:
-A vision camera
-A photo-editing program of your choice (I use GIMP)
-Horizon
At the Xbox:
Move your profile to a MU/USB.
Take a personal picture and let it sync.
Take another, and when you get to the screen with the 'Accept Picture' option, press a and once the guide is fully white, unplug your USB.
Stay signed in. !important!
At the Computer:
Prepare your pictures - 64x64 and 32x32 .png files. Transparency is allowed.
Open Horizon and replace your pp_64 and _32 files with the ones you made.
Rehash/resign.
Place the MU/USB back into your Xbox.
At the Xbox 360 again:
Go back to your gamerpicture selection screen.
Reselect your new gamerpicture in Personal.
Sign out and back in.
Enjoy your new picture!

memo_drpepper_14 any tut without camera?
just resize your pictures, then replace the pp_64 and pp_32 like he did in the TuT, worked for me without the cam Idk if my friends can see but i don't care.
