Place all jewels in the clock tower monument.

You will need to collect 3 different colored gems in order to unlock this achievement, (Red, Blue, and Green Gem) and place them in the monument.

Red Gem - Inside the save room in Moon's Donuts, on the right hand side

Blue Gem - Inside the convenience store opposite the toy shop when you exit the shutter from the station. Walking down the street from the shutter, it will be on your left(Bolt Cutters required for entry). The box is right in front of you when open the door.

Green Gem - Once you have obtained the lockpick from the power station, it will be in the toy store outside the shutter to the station, opposite the store that contained the Blue Gem. Pick the lock and enter, the box will be directly ahead of you.
