Receive the Lord of the Hollows' Final Gift.
Missable.
After your encounter with Abraxis (you must've chosen to kill Abraxis), go to the Lord of Hollows. Once there, you'll have your final encounter with him. You can either choose to spare him or kill him. Choose to SPARE the Lord of Hollows and he will give you a trinket. If you choose to kill him and NOT kill Abraxis, you will NOT get this achievement.
