Create and save a Custom Game.

From the main menu select Multiplayer -> Custom Game and press A to Open.

Select Mode and press A to Select.

Select 343 Industries and press A to Select, then select a Game Mode, such as Slayer and press Y to Save As.

Enter a File Name and press start to save the custom game and get the achievement.

Achievement worth 10 Gamerscore.
