'Tis but a scratch
Take 100 damage in a round of a public Battle mini game.
This can be done with a second controller or a friend. Start a Public Match on Competitive in the mini game menu. When you're in the waiting lobby, both players should hit the X button (to ready up) immediately.
Have the main user take all of the food out of the center chest, and then have the other user begin attacking. Hit the main user until his hearts go down to one and then let them regenerate. Have the main user eat food if he has to. The player going for the achievement will need to go through about 5 full health bars to reach 100 damage. Once you reach 100 damage taken you'll get the achievement, you also don't need to finish the match for it to unlock.
