Unlock the secret passage to the hidden tunnels.
There are 8 cubes you will need to collect in order to unlock the secret passage to the hidden tunnels located in the desert.
Halstedom- 1 Cube:
You will need to collect 5 moths in order to obtain this first cube. After you have collected 5 moths go to Thiloc's house and talk to him. His house is on the opposite side of where you first enter from the bar and on the path to the jail. His house has a large stone circle on the floor in front of it to denote it can be entered. Once you turn in your 5 moths he will allow you access to one of his secret rooms. Enter it and right in front of you as you enter will be the cube.
Family Plaza- 1 Cube:
Going right from the entrance a little ways will lead you to a house of which you can enter. There will be two pigmen inside. You can grab the cube without fighting them if you choose to do so, or you can talk to them and then proceed to fight them for the cube.
Island- 1 Cube:
When you get to the island you will run pretty much a linear path all the way to the throne room. After passing the shadow people, you will enter a structure and will pass through a circular room. There is a little shelf lit with candles and next to the candles is the box.
Corwid Woods- 1 Cube:
From the original entrance to the Corwid Woods head east all the way through the area that requires you to use golem's glove to get through. Pass through the hollow tree to the area with the moth, skill totem, and find the box on the right hand side of this little nook.
Desert- 1 Cube:
From the Endworld entrance simply run to the big pot with a fire in it. In front of the door half buried in the sand will be a cube.
Endworld- 2 Cubes:
From the entrance to Desert head north-east until you come upon a light area with a house and opposite it, a cave. Enter the north-west location (the house) first. Inside the house directly in front of you as you enter is the cube.
The second cube is in the cave opposite the house. You will need to wait until after you defeat the North Golem AND will need to have Word's help in order to reach it. Proceed through the path all the way until you reach a large map. From there simply follow the pathway a little longer until you reach the cube on the ground.

We need to head all the way back to Halstedom to grab the final cube. Inside the bar we need to go talk to the guy on the second floor who said he would arrange a fight for us. We need to defeat all five champions to earn the final cube.
Once you get all 8 cubes head back to the Desert.
