After you win the win the last tortament, when you go back to check your cars, go see the cars you can buy. There will be two new cars(a Dodge T- rex and a dune buggy) and they will be free.

Bonus Tracks And Vehicles
Win all gold medals in the world tour divisions to unlock bonus tracks in world tour and arcade modes as well as bonus vehicles in arcade mode.
