Buy 100 sodas
Best place to go is go to Yum Yum Market and buy them there and make sure you have 100$ in hand before you start.
You can buy 100 cans of soda you which now should now get them for free, unfortunately the Yum Yum will have run out of stock.
If need be leave and re-enter the store and buy another 400 cans leaving this after each 100 for the piece of clothing and the requirement to get 100% done.
