Get 1 Crazy Granddad item.
To get this you have to select:
The Single Player > Then Open World >Last Crazy Granddad
The point of the "Crazy Granddad" Game is to follow an HUD looking arrow that leads you to a crazy item but this is the item needed for the cheevo.
The crazy tem also adds time to the clock timer so collect as many of these crazy tems as possible before the time runs out.
