Description: The other solution works but he fails to mention that it has to be in one sitting. I created a superstar the last time I played and then I came back to try and get this achievement but it didn't unlock until I created a superstar very quickly.

So what you need to do beginners, like me, is create a superstar and then go to 24/7 mode and sim until Wrestlemania (takes 5-10 mins) but it will net you approximately 400k and then you can create the championship belt which actually cost about 14k minimum. Then quickly create an entrance as I did and the achieve will pop.

Hope this helps anybody that is picking up the game b/c it is now cheap as I did.
