How to Earn: Play the game on Original mode, with any settings, and set a high score. When you get to the game over screen, as long as you get on the high score board, you will get this. 20 points is enough to get you on the board. The game will ask you if you want to upload your high score. Press A and your achievement will pop.

How to Earn: 100 points sounds like a lot to get, but you can make things much easier for yourself. Go into the options with the Change View Button, then into settings and change the play time to 4 minutes, and the difficulty down to 1. Now you should have plenty of time to get to the points needed. You can probably score around 50 points a game, and with these settings you shouldn't have much trouble stealing or blocking to get a nice lead. Just to be safe, create regular interrupt save data (again in options) to create a save state, and if you lose before you get to 100 then back out of the game to the main menu, then go back into Original mode to carry on where you saved.

6. HI SCORE Player

How to Earn: Play the game on Hi Score mode, with any settings, and set a high score. When you get to the game over screen, as long as you get on the high score board, you will get this. You should be eligible for the Hi Score mode along with the lowest score threshold achievement, at 20 points. The game will ask you if you want to upload your high score. Press A and your achievement will pop.

How to Earn: Getting to Hi Score mode can be quite a challenge, as if you are drawing or losing at half time or full time, it is game over. You need to score as many as you can in the first two games, as the third game is really tough, the AI will block and steal a lot and it is easy to lose. Choose USA as their dunks are strongest, and concentrate on dunks until your special meter is full, then try a 3 pointer as it is guaranteed to go in. Mash A when near the AI to try and steal, and hit X if they try a longer shot - hopefully you can get the ball back and try again. You will need a little luck with the AI either missing or not blocking your shots, and you may get this first time or it may take multiple attempts. There are no real golden moves due to the limited options available to you, just keep trying and you will get there in time. The real key is scoring highly in your first two games. Aim for 27-30 in your first game, and around 24 in your second game. If you get lucky, you can score the remaining 6-10 needed in the first half of the third game.
