You get access to Sodosopa on day 3 of the story. You can still return here after the story to do the trophy.
There's a wind wheel you can inspect and use your buddy Human Kite to Fartkour up the lofts by the homeless camp. You need to fartkour multiple times to get to the very top. Once at the top, talk to your buddy Human Kite again to fartkour back to the bottom, which unlocks the trophy.
