Dishonored Death of the Outsider - Side Effects Trophy / Achievement Guide - Make 3 people vomit using a single bottle of Plagued Spirit [Bronze / 20G]

Mission 1
In Mission 1 you come to a boxing arena where Daud is caged under the floor (the guy you have to free, your main objective). You come here automatically as part of the story, the room cannot be missed.
Around the boxing ring there are a bunch of people. Pick up the orange bottle called "Plagued Spirit" from the bar in the back (behind the boxing ring). The enemies will turn hostile now. Stand in the boxing ring and throw the bottle on the floor once 3 or more enemies have ganged up on you. It will make them puke and unlock the trophy / achievement.

The enemies must be standing close together, the bottle has an area of effect of about 1,5 meters. It's best that you make a manual save before this.
