The big grind and where you'll spend about half of your time with the game. The best level to grind this out is 5-1, which has roughly 500 enemies total. If you're easily bored by grinding trophies like this, there is happily a way to semi-AFK (Away From Keyboard) the trophy.

Start up mission 5-1 as Beast and immediately go directly to the far-left of the screen. You can leave the plane there and it will complete roughly 80% of the level without having to move at all, this means you can go do something else for about 2 minutes at a time. This method is slightly slower than actually playing the level to completion but it means you can do something more fun in the meantime.
