Things you will need:
1. A Jailbroken Device
2.Cydia
*Please note not all tweaks/themes work on the latest firmware*
1. Open up cydia
2. Go along to the search tab at the bottom right [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
3. Search for [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
4. Click on it and it should look like [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
5. After you install it your device will restart and the winterboard icon will appear.
I will sumbit another tutorial on how to find themes ect but with this method for example if you wanted to install a certian tweak use the same method but take out winterboard.
