This is somewhat easy to get, all you need to do is not kill any engineers. If you are playing with anyone let them know. It should unlock on Data Hive.

Yeah guys, it's not hard. The only hard thing about the achievement is Bungie fails to give us a description on how to unlock it. They did the same with Bad Samaritan
