Step 2. Drive to the "Kwik-e-Mart" and purchase Marge's "Inmate" Clothing

Step 3. Drive back to Cletus and get into his truck

Step 4. Collect all 18 Ketchup packets before the 2 minute timer runs out!

Step 5. Once you have collected all 18 packets drive back to Cletus's house as quickly as possible

And just like that you have completed the mission! Easy rite?
