Step 1. Talk to Bart

Step 2. Follow the police car to "Lardlad Donuts" - Be sure not to get too far away

Step 3. Talk to Chief Wigam

Step 4. Follow the Donut van and repeatedly ram it

Step 5. Collect all 10 donuts that are dropped from the van

Step 6. Drive back to "LardLad Donuts"

Step 7. Talk to Chief Wigam

That's it! Just like that you've completed the mission, how easy was that?

Tips - Drive as quickly as you can to avoid the time running out
Pick up as much speed as possible when ramming the van, this will cause more damage
Ram the van into other objects like walls and cars. This will cause significantly more damage!
