Step 1. Talk to Chief Wigam

Step 2. Drive to "Android's Dungeon" & Purchase Lisa's "Cool Clothes"

Step 3. Drive back to Chief Wigam and enter the Police Car

Step 4. Chase Snake's Vehicle and collect the item's he drops, but be sure not to get too far away from him

Step 5. Drive to Mr Burn's Casino

That's it! You have successfully completed the mission. Easy rite?

Tips - Using the shortcut shown in the video below will help you get back to Mr Burn's casino quicker
To stay close to Snake's Vehicle, ram him to slow him down. This will make it easier for you to keep up.
