Moonstone Chests are scattered around certain maps, usually close to boss fights and cost 40 Moonstones to open. You can open the same one 10 times or find 10 different ones but you have to save and quit for the Chests to usable again. This really shouldn't be a problem for anyone. Here is a video on a place to farm the Moonstone Chests
